Metamorphogenesis" envelops listeners in a dense, atmospheric soundscape characteristic of funeral doom metal. The production is rich and layered, allowing the slow, heavy guitar riffs to resonate deeply, while the bass provides a thick undercurrent that enhances the overall weight of the music. The tempo is deliberately lethargic, creating a sense of foreboding and introspection. Vocals are often haunting, complementing the intricate interplay of instrumentation that includes ethereal keyboard textures. Each track, such as "Dissident" and "Psychotropic Transgression," showcases a distinctive blend of melodic and dissonant elements, crafting an immersive experience that invites contemplation and emotional depth, making the album a standout in its genre.
