Description: Heavenly Ecstasy is the fifth studio album by the Norwegian progressive metal band Pagan's Mind, set to be released May 20, 2011 in Germany, May 23 in the rest of Europe, and May 31 in the USA and Canada. It is the first album the band has released with label Steamhammer Records.
The album will be released in several formats: as a digipak with two bonus tracks, 28-page booklet, and poster; a double gatefold LP with two bonus tracks on orange-colored vinyl; as a standard jewel case; and as a digital download.

Artist Background: Pagan's Mind is a progressive metal/power metal band from Skien, Norway. They have released five studio albums, and the current line-up is composed of founder members only. Pagan's Mind was formed during summer by 2000 by Nils K. Rue (vocals), Stian Kristoffersen (drums) and Thorstein Aaby (guitar). They all played together in a 80's metal inspired band, Silverspoon, but wanted to aim higher and replaced the old bass player with Steinar Krokmo. He joined as bass player together with guitar vi...
