Since then, the band has released numerous albums to critical praise, mainly due to Chris Impellitteri's speed/shred style of playing. The band's style is often compared to Racer X, while Chris' is compared to Yngwie Malmsteen. Chris Impellitteri formed Impellitteri in 1987 together with Rob Rock as vocalist.
