Much darker than their debut Industrial Silence, the album has been described as 'depression caught on tape'. In 2011 the album was remastered and re-issued with a bonus disc featuring much unreleased and unheard material.

Artist Background: Madrugada was a Norwegian rock band formed in the town of Stokmarknes 1992. The band members included Sivert Høyem (vocals), Robert Burås (guitar) and Frode Jacobsen (bass). After the death of Burås on July 12, 2007 Høyem and Jacobsen decided to finish recording their latest album. The album, entitled Madrugada, was released on January 21, 2008. After the release of the album the band announced they would split after one last tour. They performed their last ever concert on November 15, 20... Part of the Stokmarknes, Norway music scene. Emerged in the 1990s era. Associated with Rock movement. Known for Rock/Pop style.
