Description: Mish Mash! is the fifth full-length release from Regurgitator and was released on 15 November 2004.

The album was the result of the Band in a Bubble project, a new reality TV-inspired media stunt sponsored and broadcast by Australian music channel, Channel V. The band entered a small glass recording studio, built in Federation Square in the centre of Melbourne, to record the album. Pedestrians could look into most rooms of the "bubble" and could watch the band work, or tune into a 24-hour digital cable television channel and watch the band work. Nobody could enter or leave the bubble.

Artist Background: Regurgitator is an Australian rock band from Brisbane that consists of Quan Yeomans (lead vocals, guitar), Ben Ely (bass, vocals), and Peter Kostic (drums). The band formed in 1993, its original line-up consisting of Yeomans, Ely and drummer Martin Lee. Regurgitator's debut studio album, Tu-Plang earnt the band a significant following, before the release of their second album, Unit in 1997 that propelled the band into mainstream success, winning the ARIA Award for Best Album of 1998 and going... Part of the Brisbane music scene. Emerged in the 1990s era. Associated with Alternative Rock movement.
