Artist Background: I:Scintilla is a post-industrial music band from Chicago, Illinois, consisting of Brittany Bindrim (vocals/lyrics), Jim Cookas (guitar/programming), Vincent Grech (drums), and Brent Leitner (guitar/programming). I:Scintilla formed in Champaign, IL in 2003. Upon formation, they immediately wrote and recorded their debut album, The Approach, which they self-released in July 2004.
