"Survival of the Sickest" showcases a polished blend of metal and rock with pop sensibilities, characterized by aggressive guitar riffs and anthemic choruses. The production is tight, featuring layered instrumentation that enhances the dynamic range of each track. Songs like "Rock & Roll Revolution" and "Survival of the Sickest" exhibit high-energy tempos, driven by punchy drums and gritty bass lines that create a robust sonic foundation. The album balances heavier tracks with more melodic elements, as heard in "I Want You" and "Carry On," which incorporate catchy hooks and vocal harmonies. The overall texture is bold and vibrant, making it distinctive in its ability to merge raw power with accessible melodies.
