Points" presents a collage of experimental soundscapes, characterized by its avant-garde approach to noise and electronic textures. The album features a diverse range of sonic elements, from the playful dissonance of "Harry to the Ferry" to the more introspective layers in "Dear Mary." The production style embraces plunderphonics, utilizing samples and found sounds that create a fragmented yet cohesive listening experience. Tracks like "Scolding Box" and "A Nice Place to Live" oscillate between frenetic energy and subdued moments, showcasing varying tempos and dynamic contrasts. The overall texture is rich and immersive, marked by a distinctive blend of humor and critique, making it a unique entry in the alternative genre.
