Description: Chances is the debut album by Belgian vocal trance group Sylver. Their debut single, titled "Turn the Tide," climbed to the top of the official local club/dance chart soon after its release. After the success of their first single, "Skin" followed in January 2001. There were spawned 3 more singles from Chances; the popular dance track, "Forever in Love", the ballad "In Your Eyes" and "Forgiven". In Germany the album and the track "Turn the Tide" were certified gold for selling over 500,000 units together.

Artist Background: Sylver is a Belgian dance group that was founded by the collaboration of three individuals. Vocalist Silvy De Bie, keyboard player and songwriter Wout Van Dessel and producer/songwriter Regi Penxten. Silvy originally began her career at a very young age, releasing a number of singles under the name Silvy Melody. Later, Silvy became acquainted with Wout at club Illusion where he was the resident DJ. Together they joined up with powerhouse dance music producer Regi Penxten (the man behind Milk ... Part of the Brussel , Belgium music scene. Emerged in the 2000s era. Associated with Trance movement. Known for Electronic style.
