We the Generation

Two years on from the success of their debut, Home, Rudimental prove they are generation now—and it’s reflected in their guest vocalist recruitment. Ed Sheeran is affecting on “Bloodline” and “Lay It All on Me”, Lianne La Havas adds some subtle shades with the jazzy “Needn’t Speak” and the late Bobby Womack is gripping on “New Day”. Across an expansive 18 tracks, We the Generation confidently broadens their brassy drum ’n' bass blueprint but day-one fans will still find a band bonding authentically with their roots.
