Fragile" presents a raw and gritty take on alternative rock, characterized by its dynamic instrumentation and emotive vocal delivery. The production strikes a balance between polished and unrefined, allowing the guitars to cut through with a distorted edge while maintaining a solid rhythmic backbone. Tracks like "Fine Again" and "Driven Under" showcase a blend of mid-tempo grooves and soaring melodies, creating an engaging contrast between introspective lyrics and energetic instrumentation. The album's textures range from the hauntingly sparse in "Empty" to the more aggressive tones found in "Pig," providing a diverse sonic landscape. This distinctiveness lies in its ability to evoke a sense of vulnerability amidst powerful soundscapes.
