The album, called LOST, was allegedly released January 25, 2026. First and foremost, frontman Roddy Frame retired the name Aztec Camera back in 1995 and has been recording under his own name ever since. AC & Roddy have sort of faded into obscurity, but if Roddy was releasing new music – especially under the AC banner – there would be some kind of music media coverage. Artist Background: Aztec Camera were a Scottish New Wave band from the town of East Kilbride, near Glasgow, formed in 1980 and centred around teenage singer-songwriter Roddy Frame. Their album Love was among the nominations for Best British Album at the 1989 BRIT Awards. The band's line-up changed numerous times in its first few years.
