Artist Background: Trivium were formed in Orlando, Florida in 1999, when a teenage Matt Heafy impressed with a Metallica cover at a school talent show and was recruited into the band as guitarist - only to take over as vocalist shortly after. Together with guitarist Corey Beaulieu and bassist Paolo Gregoletto, he has since formed the band's creative core.
