Artist Background: Trivium were formed in Orlando, Florida in 1999, when a teenage Matt Heafy impressed with a Metallica cover at a school talent show and was recruited into the band as guitarist - only to take over as vocalist shortly after. Together with guitarist Corey Beaulieu and bassist Paolo Gregoletto, he has since formed the band's creative core. The breakthrough came with Ascendancy in 2005, which was named album of the year by Kerrang!, and Trivium have since delivered ten studio albums spanning from...
