Co-produced by Stuart Price and James Ford (who Ware had previously worked with prior on her What's Your Pleasure? record), Ware co-wrote all tracks alongside Shungudzo, Danny Parker, Clarence Coffee Jr., Sarah Hudson and Price & Ford.
