"Human" is the fifth studio album from Canadian rock band Three Days Grace. The album was released on March 31, 2015 through RCA Records. This is the group's first album not to feature former vocalist Adam Gontier, who was replaced by Matt Walst in 2014. It debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard 200.
Three Days Grace retain their dramatic post-grunge sound with new vocalist Matt Walst on Human. Walst slays from the start on the kickoff track “Human Race”, his gritty voice a perfect complement to a dense squall of overdrive. The band get spookily dramatic with the hard rock of “Fallen Angel” and its ominous guitar lines. They end things in fittingly cinematic fashion with the haunted, reverb-laden piano of “The Real You”, as Walst whispers and howls into the darkness.
